Most traditional cheeses are named after the town where they were made. Gorgonzola is a town near Milan in Italy. We therefore didn’t think we should name it Gorgonzola and decided to call it Nanjozola, as it was born in Nanjo. Nanjozola is a mild blue cheese, very creamy and easy on the palate. Even people who don’t like blue cheese enjoy this.
