SHIPPING

We use Yamato (Black Cat) parcel delivery service. They ship either refrigerated or frozen. Please make sure that your address is correct and includes a Japanese Post Code. This will be a seven digit number like this: 901-0134.

PRICING

Please note that the shipping price depends on the weight of your order. This will be calculated automatically. The most popular weight for orders is a flat rate for up to 2kg.

Within Okinawa: ¥770 (including tax)

Outside Okinawa: ¥1,320 (including tax)

Because this is a flat rate, the shipping charge is the same whether the order is for 100g or 1.9kg. So you get better value for money the larger the order. 

DELIVERY DAY AND TIME

Delivery within Okinawa usually takes one day. Orders shipped today will arrive tomorrow. Delivery outside Okinawa is typically one more day. Note that there might be delays because of bad weather. Typhoons and heavy snowfall, for example.

However, if you would like your order shipped on a particular date, please let us know. And if you prefer a particular delivery time, please let us know that too:

Morning	9AM - 2PM
Early afternoon	2PM - 4PM
Late afternoon	4PM - 6PM
Early evening	6PM - 8PM
Late evening	7PM - 9PM

 

MESSAGES

If the package is to be a gift, let me know if you require a message and, again, if it should be delivered on a particular date, birthday, etc.
