I tried every other cheese in the range before tentatively ordering this one, because I hate goya but have loved everything else that came from this website. As it turns out, it’s deftly made with a delicious accent of the bitter gourd and I will be reordering.

I sent to my aunt some cheeses. She loves those cheeses. She hate additives so she ate those cheeses in peace. Thank you very much for make her happy.

I made canapés inspired by photos shred by The Cheese Guy. The cheese was more crumbly and harder to slice than his photos suggested, and the flavor is quite strong. I put a piece of cheese on a cracker, added a few drops of olive oil and a slice of mini tomato. When you popped the whole thing in your mouth, the flavors combined….heavenly! My guests loved them too.

I can't get enough of this. Almost a G&T in cheese form.

We are long-time Cheese Guy customers and are always happy with our purchases. Ozato Basil is a personal favorite, but we enjoy all of the Okinawan-influenced cheeses including the shikuwasa and goya.

I recently tried Parme-John cheese:)) It exceeded my expectations! It had a rich, savory flavor that was just the right balance, not too strong, but still packed with that delicious cheesy goodness. It melted beautifully and added a great touch to my sandwich. Overall, this cheese was absolutely yummy, and I’ll definitely be buying it again for my next cheese platter or snack!

All of the cheeses sold here are amazing, but Fuchiba is my favorite. I love yomogi to begin with, but when it's added to this cheese, it brings out a unique flavor that's both bold and delicate. Put this in your cart for sure.
