Colin Martin The garlic flavour was very easy to eat, however this cheese has the softest taste of the 3 we tried.

SE This was pretty good. I appreciated it a lot more when added to a burger. I recommend it, especially for garlic lovers.

Adam A fantastically balanced cheese. Not overtly garlicky, but still noticeably seasoned to balance baguettes and crackers alike.
