雅宏 漆間 This was my first time eating garlic cheese.
I expected the garlic flavor to be very strong, but it wasn't. (This may be because I have a very poor sense of smell.) However, I felt that it was in very good balance with the original flavor of the cheese, resulting in a unique yet natural finish. Generally, foods that emphasize too strong flavors and aromas are good at first but gradually become painful to eat, but this delicious Garlic cheese does not have such a drawback.
However, it would be best to enjoy it with a strong alcoholic drink.
