We are long-time Cheese Guy customers and are always happy with our purchases. Ozato Basil is a personal favorite, but we enjoy all of the Okinawan-influenced cheeses including the shikuwasa and goya.

I recently tried Parme-John cheese:)) It exceeded my expectations! It had a rich, savory flavor that was just the right balance, not too strong, but still packed with that delicious cheesy goodness. It melted beautifully and added a great touch to my sandwich. Overall, this cheese was absolutely yummy, and I’ll definitely be buying it again for my next cheese platter or snack!

All of the cheeses sold here are amazing, but Fuchiba is my favorite. I love yomogi to begin with, but when it's added to this cheese, it brings out a unique flavor that's both bold and delicate. Put this in your cart for sure.

Excellent cheese and a wonderful firmness.

This was an excellent cheese to eat along with several varieties of nihonshu.

I found them less salty and lighter compared with French cheese which I used to taste. Maybe it’s better and healthier. I’ll continue to order once a month. I liked Emmental most.

I am not a big cheese lover, and used to buy simple creamy cheese in supermarkets. But this cheese awakened something in me, I could never imagine loving a bitter type especially combined with honey.
チーズに詳しくなくて、スーパーでクリーミーなチーズを買っていました。本チーズは面白い味があることについてびっくりしました。はちみつを付けた時に、一発で大好物になりました。

What a great pairing of ingredients. So far this is my favorite. I had it with chilled nihonshu and it was excellent. A perfect bite on a Sunday afternoon.

When ordering I couldn’t imagine the two flavours together, but they worked well. The blue is muted and the caraway stands out. A nice blend.

My absolute fav from The Cheese Guy. So much flavor. Order every time we go!
