This, like all the other cheeses I have tried, is excellent. Texture and flavor are wonderful!

My first order with the Cheese Guy, so I went for a selection pack.

I got the Blue Caraway, Ozato White, Ozato Basil, and the Garlic cheese in my pack. All were good, with the Caraway Blue being my favourite. It’s a fairly mild blue cheese that goes well with the sweetness of the caraway seeds.

The Ozato Basil was a pleasant surprise; one of the best herb cheeses I’ve had.

Before finishing the selection pack, I had already put in another order. I think that’s they best recommendation I can give.

I love the use of locally sourced ingredients and the craftsmanship that went into making this cheese. Its flavor, texture, and aroma are absolutely mind-blowing.

Sensational Cheese

Best cheese I've ever had. Getting a large spread before a typhoon, some cured meats, crackers and fruit to go with it; don't forget the wine. The garlic is my favorite, they all are also incredible with sandwhiches. Make sure you buy plenty becausw you'll eat it fast!

This is a wonderful cheese - My only complaint is that it is seasonal and sometimes difficult to find in stock.
