Halloumi is our best selling cheese. When people taste this cheese, they want more. Pop it on a frying pan or hot plate and grill it so that it's soft and lightly browned. Dip in batter and deep fry as tempura. If you're not going to eat it immediately, keep it in the freezer.

ここのハルーミチーズは、輸入物と違い塩味がちょうどよく美味しく頂けます。（輸入食品店でも最近はハルーミチーズを見かけるようになりましたが、全然違います。）

our family arrived in Okinawa from Spain and have really missed being able to pair our Spain wines with different cheeses. I am also vegetarian and love having halloumi with a salad or just fried by itself. It’s so lovely and easy to pair with a dry wine white or red. We live in the local area and shipping to our house was easy. So so happy we stumbled across his Facebook page. 5/5!!!
