Halloumi is our best selling cheese. When people taste this cheese, they want more. Pop it on a frying pan or hot plate and grill it so that it's soft and lightly browned. Dip in batter and deep fry as tempura. If you're not going to eat it immediately, keep it in the freezer.

Anonymous そのままだと微かに苦みを感じるチーズだな、という感じ。焼いてみたら、モキュモキュした感触と甘い香りとミルクの味にしばらく自分の中を占拠されました。

TOMOMI ここのハルーミチーズは、輸入物と違い塩味がちょうどよく美味しく頂けます。（輸入食品店でも最近はハルーミチーズを見かけるようになりましたが、全然違います。）
