Many of our cheeses are made to our own recipe or to our adaptation of an existing recipe, so it's often difficult for customers to make up their mind. Why not let us make the selection for you? We have divided our cheeses into four categories. Simply choose the category that suits you, select the quantity and let us make the decision for you.
