Okinawa has its own flavours. We put them in our cheese.

This selection is made entirely from our original Okinawan cheeses — handcrafted using the herbs, spices, and ingredients that define Okinawan food culture. Shikuwasa, turmeric, local botanicals: flavours not found in any cheese anywhere else in the world, made with full cream fresh milk from our own dairy farm in Nanjo.
