This cheese is our original creation. A white mould cheese, similar to Brie or Camembert, infused with a pesto made from locally grown basil leaf. Basil and tomato are good friends. Eat this cheese with a slice of tomato - fresh or sun dried. Our Ozato Basil cheese is a best seller in the Cheese Shop.
