Blue Caraway

Blue cheese is mainly produced in colder climates. Examples include Danish Blue from Denmark, Stilton from the UK, and Roquefort from northern France. As Okinawa is certainly not a cold place, our blue cheese is very mild and easy to eat, even for those who don’t usually enjoy blue cheese. We’ve added caraway seeds to give it an interesting twist.

Enjoy it on bread or crackers, or simply as a snack on its own. As blue cheese pairs wonderfully with sweet flavours, adding a drop of honey really brings out its flavour.
