Blue Caraway

Okinawa certainly isn't cold, and so our blue cheese is very mild, and easy to eat for those who normally wouldn't eat blue cheese. We add caraway seed to give it an interesting lift. Serve on bread or on a cracker or just snack on it by itself. Blue cheeses love sweetness, so try adding a drop of honey to bring out the flavour.
