Nancy Kobayashi I made canapés inspired by photos shred by The Cheese Guy. The cheese was more crumbly and harder to slice than his photos suggested, and the flavor is quite strong. I put a piece of cheese on a cracker, added a few drops of olive oil and a slice of mini tomato. When you popped the whole thing in your mouth, the flavors combined….heavenly! My guests loved them too.
