My favourite so far of his cheeses, the fennel and juniper cheese is packed with depth and flavour. It’s somewhat reminiscent of my all-time favourite cheese, Boulette d’Avesnes, though not quite as peppery or pungent.
Still, a great cheese, and a must on any decent cheeseboard.
Excellent balance of flavours, love the texture too.

久しぶり(だいぶ…)のお取り寄せでしたが、チーズとジュニパー＆フェンネルの心地よい香りが大好きです♪♪
このチーズはうちの子が試食した日から大好きになりました。日本のチーズとは違い香りが強いですが、海外で生まれたうちの子たちはこちらのチーズに非常に満足で、お弁当のサンドイッチに入れると嬉々として食べてくれます。
