Named for the region where it was born, Ozato White has a white mould surface similar to Camembert, and a flavour that is slightly acidic, somewhat like a yogurt, and very milky. A favourite with our customers since it was born, this cheese won the Nanjo Selection Award in 2015.

においも強くないので、他の食材と同じスペースにあっても気になりません。
焼いたベーコンや酢漬けの野菜に添えて食べるのにはまっています。
とても食べやすく、チーズが苦手な夫もおつまみで美味しそうに食べてます。
酸味が爽やかでとても美味しいです。
