This cheese started life as Parmesan, but little by little changed into something that is quite different to the original. Parme-John is intended for snacking more than for cooking, and is younger and less salty than the Italian version.
That's why we decided to give it its own name.

I recently tried Parme-John cheese:)) It exceeded my expectations! It had a rich, savory flavor that was just the right balance, not too strong, but still packed with that delicious cheesy goodness. It melted beautifully and added a great touch to my sandwich. Overall, this cheese was absolutely yummy, and I’ll definitely be buying it again for my next cheese platter or snack!
