Ricotta Forte

Ricotta is usually eaten fresh, but this version has been aged at least one year. It is very strong and tastes like an extract of blue cheese. Just a little on a toothpick has so much flavour! Use it in a dressing, sauce or just by itself. (In glass bottle, approximately 50 grams).
