This cheese is our original cheese. We wanted to make a 100% Okinawan cheese and so, in place of a starter culture that came from abroad, we used kuro koji, the black yeast that's used to make awamori. This cheese has been marinated in awamori and is very strong. Serve at the end of a meal by itself or on a slice of cucumber.

舌の上で溶けるような食感のあと、想像以上に長く続く爽やかな余韻。
これは他のチーズでは味わう事は不可能です。
泡盛とチェダー生地の素晴らしい融合を是非味わってほしいです。
