I absolutely adore fresh, natural cream. The Cheese Guy in Okinawa Triple Cream is so incredibly delicious that I always crave more. What makes this Triple Cream truly special is that, being handcrafted from natural milk, its flavor changes subtly depending on the season it's produced in. This means it never tastes exactly the same twice.

I personally enjoy it on its own, spread on toast or crackers with a cup of coffee. Adding a touch of it to scrambled eggs or steamed green vegetables like asparagus or broccoli elevates their flavor to new heights.

The Emmental cheese from The Cheese Guy in Okinawa is truly delicious and versatile. I thoroughly enjoy it fresh for making sandwiches and snacks with ham, mortadella, salami, and green unpitted olives.

If you can get it matured, it develops nutty flavors. It can then be savored on its own with wine or sprinkled over tomato-based soups like minestrone. Additionally, it can add a delightful accent to an omelette or be melted onto toast.

I’ve ordered a tasting pack as a gift for a friend. John was very helpful in the selection of cheese and kindly offered to add a gift card. The package was delivered promptly to Tokyo, and I had a chance to taste some at the party. It was very good, and some guests inquired about it.

Ozato White is one of my favorite cheeses from the shop, it is decadent and just has such a beautiful flavor and easy to pair.

This is the second selection set my wife and I have bought from The Cheese Guy - the first being the Okinawan selection set. We eventually hope to try all of their cheeses. Ozato Basil, creamy and refreshing! One of my favorites. I'm not good with connoisseurial words lest to say, each of these cheeses has it's own unique, often surprising flavor. The sets have obviously been well thought out. So far the cheeses we've tasted in the wine set do go perfect with wine. The Okinawan cheese set; great for someone who wants to experience cheeses with a uniquely Okinawan flavor. What can I say? Their cheeses are delicious!

I add this to my scrumbled eggs that I eat every morning for breakfast. The texture is perfect for that. I also eat it on apple slices for snack.
